About Radhika

Radhika is a licensed psychotherapist who works with couples, as well as individuals and families. With her experience in the field of psychotherapy, Radhika has helped many clients overcome challenging issues and achieve a more fulfilling life. In her practice, Radhika utilizes a range of psychotherapy techniques tailored to each client, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, Family Systems, Attachment based, Trauma informed and Emotion-Focused therapy (EFT).

Radhika is compassionate and dedicated to helping couples improve their communication and strengthen their relationship. As a warm and empathetic counsellor with a collaborative approach she creates a safe and supportive space for partners to open up and resolve conflicts. In addition to her work with couples, Radhika also has extensive experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, as well as families dealing with communication problems, parenting challenges, and other issues.

Radhika also provides evidence-based treatment to children and youth on various issues including behavioral challenges, academic stress, ADHD and more. She has worked with clients from a diverse range of backgrounds and cultures, and is committed to creating an empathetic, nonjudgmental, and supportive therapeutic environment.

Radhika earned her Master’s Degree in Divinity with a major in Individual, Couple, & Family Therapy from Tyndale University, and completed her clinical training at several institutions. She continues to stay up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in psychotherapy through ongoing professional development workshops and peer supervision.
