In addition to evidence-based therapies, Eva incorporates mindfulness/meditation and somatic strategies, and application of auricular acupuncture (Acudetox) to assist clients in navigating emotional challenges, addressing physical symptoms and managing life’s challenges presenting difficulty to everyday functioning.
In today’s world of immediate results, having a non judgemental, compassionate safe space where one can learn to slow down and be in the present moment and learn to understand the connection between emotion and body, is an integral part of healing the mind body and soul.
